Platinum Commercial which specialises in the sales, leasing and management of commercial and industrial property was established in January 2004 by Joseph Rapanaro. In six years of operation, the business has grown to having over $500 million in properties under management. As Managing Director, Joseph can be credited with growing the business to its current level and managing the six sales agents, three property managers and various support staff.
In the past three years, Platinum Commercial has purchased a strata management company being Eaton Asset Management which has grown to manage over $1 billion in strata complexes and started a residential company; Eaton Residential. The combined group now has over 20 employees and covers all aspects of a client's real estate requirements.
